Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, and related masonry work.
Service availability is subject to scheduling, geographic coverage, and the nature of the work requested. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All written estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an in-person assessment of the project. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. If conditions discovered during work require changes to the agreed scope, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work or cost.
We do not provide binding price commitments over the phone or through web forms without an on-site review. Any figure discussed before an on-site visit is an approximate range only.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing or verbally at the time of booking. We make every reasonable effort to keep scheduled dates. Delays due to weather, permit processing, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We will notify you of any significant delay as soon as it is known.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations after materials have been ordered or mobilization has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and any preparatory work completed. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in the written agreement for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as disclosed at the time of agreement.
Accounts that remain unpaid past the agreed due date may be subject to a late fee and collection action. In the event collection becomes necessary, the customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by California law.
Where required by local ordinance or building code, San Dimas Masonry will obtain the necessary permits for work performed. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. Work requiring a permit will not be covered up until the required inspection has been completed and approved. The customer is responsible for providing access to the property for inspectors during normal business hours.
Any warranty provided for workmanship or materials will be stated expressly in your written project agreement. Unless a written warranty is specifically provided, all services are delivered "as is" and we make no additional representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the work.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by conditions outside our control, including soil movement, seismic activity, flooding, or alterations to the work made by others after project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, San Dimas Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from the provision of services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
